Our office is open from 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM, Monday through Friday, as well as additional hours on several Saturdays and Sundays each month. The hours for each physician will vary but your choice of physician and appointment will be given every consideration.
We offer our testing services including EEG's on Monday through Friday, as well as some evening and Saturday hours.
Our MRI facility is open daily from 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM.

Our practice insurance policies are listed below. Our Billing Department is available to answer any questions you may have regarding our services or fees.
Please contact our Billing Department in order to verify our participation with any other insurance plans.
If you are a member of a particular insurance plan with whom we participate, we will file an insurance claim for reimbursement for you. Please be advised that it is your responsibility to pay any deductible amount, co-insurance, or any other balance not paid by your insurance company. If your insurance requires a pre-authorization or referral, it is your responsibility to acquire one. Our Billing Department is available to assist you as necessary. If you have a secondary insurance we will make attempt to file the claim. If they do not respond within 30 days, balance will be transferred to your responsibility. Any bills remaining after insurance must be paid in full within 30 days from your first statement date. Return appointments will not be possible if a balance is outstanding, or payment arrangements have not been made. We will make every attempt to work with you, you can work with our Billing Department for any payment schedules needed.
Workers Compensation and No-Fault cases require that your visit is pre-authorized. It is your responsibility to make sure that authorization has been obtained. Our Billing Department is available to assist you as necessary. If your claim is denied, you may be responsible for all charges. Return appointments will not be possible if there is an outstanding balance on your account or payment arrangements have not been made.
